The revitalization process of the cemetery at the Church of Peace has been split into several stages. The conservation works that were initiated by the Wrocław company based Restoart in July were finished in November.

The burial plots in the Western Wall, in both the northern and eastern parts of the churchyard, were subjected to preventative, technical and partly anesthetic maintenance. The tombstones made from sandstone, granite and marble were also cleaned and desalted.

On top of that, weakened areas were reinforced, metal parts were cleaned and protected with anti-corrosive paint.

Where necessary, the simple architectural forms, missing covers of the burial plots and other small parts were recreated too. The area around the plots was cleaned and excess earth from the fields on the churchyard was removed.
