Over a dozen restorers worked on the ceilings of the Parish for over two months. Their works have just been accepted without any reservations
whatsoever.

The parish was a constant surprise for us. Some parts of the ceiling were covered with boards that came from the last renovation that happened several decades ago. When we removed them, we found an interesting beam-and-plank ceiling.

Additionally, between the ceiling of the ground floor and the floor of the first floor, we found some ceiling elements with preserved paintings that partially allowed us to restore original polychromies – says Ryszard Wójtowicz, a conservator-restorer.
